This devil of a gun is the cause of many disputes in the AQ2 world. Why? Because it is a sniper rifle; and snipers are most likely campers. Note however, that in the AQ2 world, snipers have the right to camp, because it adds that much of a balance to the game. And if they are camping, somewhere on a roof, sneak up on them, and show them their brains on the far wall! This gun is a favorite among AQ2 users because it is just too fun. Imagine, there are two people left on your team. Your teammate is carrying an automatic weapon, and you are backup sniper. You set up in a window, and survey the situation. Suddenly your teammate runs out of ammo, he's ambushed by 2 enemies. What do you do? You bust a round in each of their heads and save the day. (Ok, so this probably wouldn't happen, but situations similar have definitly occured to many.) The swiss made SIG SSG 3000 is a fine piece of sniping material. Even though it has a relatively long reload time, its rounds are Armor Piercing (AP), so they will do damage through a vest, but not kill from 100 health points. If you use this gun you'll definitly want either a vest, to protect you from other snipers, or a silencer, so other snipers cannot trace your position. Laser-sight will not work with this weapon. No... you have something way better. A Hensoldt scope with 1.5-6x Zoom is your aiming helper. You can set this using the 'weapon' bind to adjust it to 1 x(normal view), 2x, 4x, or 6x zoom. The weapon gets more accurate as you increase the zoom. Note that it is much harder to control the weapon's panning when at 4x or 6x zoom, because of the small FOV (Field of Vision) that you have. If you don't like the default "zoom screen", there are other screens available. Check out the Message Board and ask around.
